I don’t really want to talk about it.  I don’t believe in “therapists.”

Many of my patients with epilepsy also have challenges with mental health. It can help to have someone on the team with experience in [symptom]. Would you be open to having a conversation with them? The good news is there are lots of ways we can help you get through this, including medications or community services. How do you feel if I make a referral I trust and has helped many of my patients?
